Each party to these Terms and Conditions submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee, for any dispute with Heritage Termite and Pest Service or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, and content providers.

Heritage Termite and Pest Service makes no representation that materials or services at this Site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
