Annual Pest Control Service with monthly maintenance follow-ups. This is where we treat each and every unit on the property once a year. Then on a monthly basis we visit the property to treat all move-ins, move-outs, call ins or units with an ongoing problem.  There are less harmful chemicals used and this is less intrusive to your residents.

Tips

Clean gutters and down spouts annually.  Do not allow water to remain in flower pots. Make sure covers on boats and pools do not retain water. Change water in birdbaths and childeren's wading pools weekly. Reduce dense vegetation.  Any of these items can lead to a mosquito or pest problem.
